Returns & Refunds At Anvil & Root, we stand behind everything we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Return Window You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Eligible Items - Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund or exchange - Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you — please include a photo of the damage when contacting us Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on: - Opened food products (teas, salts, seasonings) - Opened bath and body products (bath soaks, sachets) - Gift cards - Items marked as final sale How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at AnvilandRoot@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Return Shipping - If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs - For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on product availability. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that window, your order may have already entered production and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Not Happy? Let Us Know.
