Shipping & Delivery Processing Time All orders are handcrafted in small batches and ship within 2–3 business days. During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships. Shipping Rates - Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 - For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination - Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost Shipping rates are provided by USPS and UPS through our shipping partner. The rate you see at checkout is the exact cost — we do not mark up shipping. Estimated Delivery Times - Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment - Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days after shipment (where available) Delivery times are estimates based on carrier transit times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays. Where We Ship We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
