Anchor and Root is a deeply intentional, small-batch herbal infusion crafted to support daytime resilience, structural nourishment, and grounded presence. THE RITUAL (BREWING INSTRUCTIONS)
Because this is a whole-botanical, small-batch blend containing both light leaf fractions and heavy, dense root segments, natural settling occurs during transit. 

1. Awaken the Blend: Give your pouch a thorough shake before scooping to ensure an even distribution of leaves, roots, and spices.  
2. Measure: Use 1 to 2 teaspoons (approximately 3 grams) of loose tea per 8 oz mug.  
3. Brew: Pour boiling water ($212^\circ\text{F}$) directly over the herbs.  
4. Steep: Cover your cup and let it steep for 6 to 7 minutes. Covering is essential to lock in the volatile lemongrass oils and allow the dense dandelion, ashwagandha, and marshmallow roots to fully hydrate and unlock their benefits

STORAGE
Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Keep the bag tightly sealed to preserve the freshness of the botanicals.
