Ingredients:

Organic dried butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea)

Suggested Uses:

Color-changing herbal tea, mocktails, natural food coloring, iced infusions

Brewing Guide:

Steep 1 teaspoon (about 5–7 flowers) in 8 oz of hot water (205°F / 96°C) for 3–5 minutes. Add citrus to watch the color shift from blue to purple.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep container sealed when not in use.
