- Cinderhall — Hickory. Bold, bacon-deep, the pitmaster's smoke.
- Barrelstone — Bourbon barrel oak. Caramel-edged, the most distinctive.
How to use
Built for side-by-side tasting. Try the same dish — a roasted potato, butter on toast, a slice of grilled steak — with each salt in turn. The differences are the point.
