• Crimson Forge — Hibiscus, lime, sumac, cracked pepper. Cherrywood smoked. Tart and floral.
• Goldbloom — Chamomile, honey, orange zest. Applewood smoked. Gentle and golden.
• Nettlecroft — Nettle, mushroom, black pepper. Hickory smoked. Deeply savory.
• Wildcrest — Sage, onion, applewood smoke. The Sunday-roast salt.

How to use

Co-founder Brandi is a trained herbalist. This is her corner of the salt cellar. Crimson Forge on margarita rims and ceviche, Goldbloom on baked apples and brunch eggs, Nettlecroft on soup finish and soft eggs, Wildcrest on pork roast and brown-butter squash.
