The Method
The sea salt is cold-smoked in-house over real cherrywood for 12+ hours (stirred hourly, then aired), never liquid smoke. We then hand-blend every other ingredient by hand, measured and combined in a stainless steel bowl, and rest the salt sealed so the flavors fully marry. No machine fills, no industrial blending.
