Iron Twilight - Organic Loose-Leaf Tea Blend

A calming evening blend.

Ingredients:

Organic chamomile flowers, organic lemon balm leaf, organic lavender flowers, organic valerian root, organic spearmint leaf.

Brewing Guide:

Place 1-2 teaspoons in 8 oz of hot water (200-212°F). Steep for 7-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Best enjoyed before bedtime.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep container sealed when not in use.
