Organic dried elderberries (whole) (Sambucus nigra)
Suggested Uses:
Elderberry syrup, immune support tea, jams, baking, tinctures
Brewing Guide:
Simmer 1-2 teaspoons in 8 oz of water for 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Add honey to taste. Do not eat raw elderberries.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep container sealed when not in use.
